Our Story. Our Why.

We believe that any woman that wants to breastfeed, should have the best chance to breastfeed. After noticing many of our friends were having trouble breastfeeding, we started asking how they were preparing to breastfeed. Astounded by the resounding "nothing" answer, we knew we needed to share our family recipe further. Our Argentinean family recipe has been passed on for generations as a simple way to moisturize the nipple during pregnancy to help women who are planning on breastfeeding. You wouldn't go run a marathon without training, you wouldn't go hiking without breaking in new boots, so why are women expected to go from nothing to 6-12 hours per day of breastfeeding without preparing? Our aim is to help women focus on what they can control - a family motto. ♡

Hi! I'm Carolina.

Training for years as a competitive athlete, I'm a big believer that preparation is the key to success. When I saw so many of my friends scared about what the breastfeeding journey would be like because of the lack of preparation support (or in excruciating pain because they had horrible cracking of the nipple!) and remembering that my sister had loved her breastfeeding journey, I knew that we had to get our family recipe out to a broader audience.

Building this company is our small way to help more women do what they can to have the best breastfeeding experience, if they choose to breastfeed!

I had two absolutely amazing, pain-free breastfeeding journeys, and I’m on a mission to change the breastfeeding narrative that it is supposed to hurt for the first few weeks (!!!). It breaks my heart when I hear so many moms have so much nipple pain when they start their breastfeeding journey, because, although there are many factors that contribute to the journey, I know that our family recipe can help with one aspect - for the women who choose to breastfeed.

What are the ingredients?

The product includes glycerin and isopropyl alcohol.

Is the product safe?

All ingredients have passed toxicity tests as per Cosmetic Ingredient Review (CIR). CIR reviews and assesses ingredients in cosmetics in an open, unbiased, and expert manner.

If you have any concerns, we recommend you speak to your doctor before using the product.

How do I use the product?

As part of prenatal care, starting in month 6, you moisturize the nipple with our family-recipe liquid product.

How often do I use the product?

1 - 2 - 3

1 application per nipple, 2 times per day, for 3 months. (Start at ~ month 6 of pregnancy).

Doesn't something like this exist already?

We thought there would be something out there!

We haven't found it.

We found products that target fixing the problem: helping women that already have nipple cracking. This product is meant to be used proactively to moisturize the nipple before the baby is born.

How long will one bottle last?

You only need one bottle per pregnancy!

Will you guarantee I won't get nipple cracking?

No, we can not guarantee that you won't get nipple cracking.

Although many women experience nipple cracking, of the 15+ pregnancies amongst our friends and family that used the product, no one experienced cracking during breastfeeding. We are working to get scientific data to support this. In the meantime, if it has the potential to help, our friends have given it a try! We hope you do, too.
